Measuring Your
Bra Size
Buying a better fitting bra means knowing that breast size varies over time. At Target, we recommend you check your measurements yearly to ensure you’re wearing the correct size.
You can easily determine your body and cup size in two simple measurements with the Target bra size calculator.

Sizing Chart
Use this sizing chart as a simple guide to moving up and down band size to find a better fit.
Cup sizes are not related to body sizes. If you’re a 12B but prefer a firmer fit, consider the sister size 10C (which has the same cup size as the 12B with a smaller band size).

Find a better fit with the bra size calculator
Follow the instructions to work out your underbust and overbust size, then enter these into the calculator. Measure yourself under clothing using a regular tape measure while wearing your best fitting bra.
Underbust (band) size
Measure around your body with the tape placed firmly under your bust. This measurement should be similar to the blouse size you wear. At Target, we have bras in body sizes 8–26.
Bra cup size
Measure your cup size by placing the tape firmly (without squashing) around your chest at the fullest part of your bust. At Target, we have bras in cup sizes A to G.
